RATHBRIDE ABBEY VALUATIONS
Please see below information from three separate sources which clearly indicate that the current house price value in Rathbride abbey is in valuation band 3. Pages 5 and 7 of Kildare County Councils guide to the property tax consider the properties to be valued at between €150k and 200k. Revenue.ie valuation guide also agrees this valuation as does Daft.ie. It would appear that the letters of assessment sent out from Revenue have overstated the values. Obviously it is up to each home owner to assess and be comfortable with the valuations but I believe the documents below form a solid basis for band 3 valuations.
